DTI undertakes Credit Law review
The Department of Trade and Industry has called for comments on the report of the Technical Committee into a comprehensive review of South Africa’s credit laws, most of which were drafted decades ago. The Report suggests areas for policy and regulatory reform and the DTI has requested that interested individuals and organisations provide their comments on these suggestions to Creditlaw[at]thedti.gov.za.
